Yes, worldwide. While our studio is based in Connecticut and regularly serves New York City and the New England tri-state area, we frequently travel for multi-day destination celebrations. From palace weddings in Rajasthan and coastal ceremonies in the Maldives to vineyard estates in California and Europe, we bring full photographic and cinema capabilities anywhere your story leads.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Absolutely. We view your pre-wedding or engagement shoot as a creative collaboration. We assist with location scouting, wardrobe styling balancing traditional South Asian couture with modern Western silhouettes and timing around golden hour. It’s an ideal opportunity to build rapport with Sanjay and the team so you feel completely effortless in front of the camera on your wedding day.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

To secure your wedding date on our master studio calendar, a signed contract and a 30% non-refundable retainer are required. Should unforeseen circumstances require you to reschedule, your retainer can be transferred to a new date within 12 calendar months, subject to studio availability. We maintain clear, transparent contract terms to ensure complete peace of mind.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Every collection includes full-resolution, individually color-corrected digital files delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery with lifetime hosting and personal printing rights. Additionally, our signature packages feature bespoke, handmade Italian leather heirloom albums, museum-grade archival fine art prints, and custom parent replica books designed to preserve your family legacy for generations.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

We offer complete in-house cinematography as part of our signature multi-day experience, ensuring a seamless aesthetic where photo and video work in complete visual harmony. If you are booking photography only, we regularly collaborate with top-tier luxury wedding cinematographers and are happy to provide a curated list of trusted creative partners.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Prior to your celebration, we collaborate on a detailed timeline and family formal shot list to ensure every important relative and key moment is preserved. On the wedding day, our approach combines subtle artistic direction during portraits with unobtrusive photojournalism during sacred rituals allowing us to capture natural, candid emotions without interrupting the organic flow of your ceremonies.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, absolutely. We host video consultations for all prospective clients, and for couples based in the Connecticut and NYC area, we are happy to arrange an in-person meeting. We discuss your visual preferences, timeline structure, and the specific regional traditions (whether North Indian, South Indian, or Fusion) that define your multi-day celebration.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

You will receive a curated sneak-peek gallery within 2 weeks of your celebration to share with family and friends. Your full, high-resolution master gallery along with custom cinematic highlight films will be delivered via your private portal within 6 to 8 weeks. Priority rush editing and album design consultations are also available upon request.
